    Area - Now and Then
The Property is located within a wood park by the waterside hence an ideal home for a short duration for both entertaining and a sanctuary after a hard day shopping or working.

The property and apartment complex was built in 2002 as an eco-village complex with the latest in environmental friendly technology. The sense of space in the apartment is truly amazing.

The legendary Greenwich Park and Royal Conservatory is a stone's throw away with the legendary Cutty Sark (A National Treasure) ideal for a family tour.

The Area has always been a residential hub of business activity and it continues to be so today.

Due to the 02 Arena being built within the complex, there has been an influx of Young City Professionals into the area, hence, an array of internet Cafes and Bars are readily available. Whilst there is a local night life in Greenwich, the fact that the West-end (Greatest Party Area in the world!!) is only 15min -20 minutes door-to-door for most residents by tube, means everyone generally partys in the West-End and then leave the chaos to come back home to a totally residential and very peaceful area.

In Greenwich you can enjoy the benefits of shopping in the top high street stores and stock up at the best supermarkets. But you can also enjoy shopping at friendly smaller shops that have often been in the same family for generations, flowers, exotic fruits, jewellery and even good old-fashioned brushes and brooms, the choice is endless.
You are never far from a good pub, café or restaurant offering drinks and menus from around the world.

Greenwich Park is the domineering parkland which still bedazzles tourists and locals alike with its charming and endless trees which makes you imagine you are miles away from London rather than in the middle of it. It is worthy a visit especially on a Sunday when the whole Park is buzzing with locals having picnics.

Good Transport links offers easy access into the City (Jubilee line -10 minutes), Canary Wharf (Jubilee Line - 2 minutes), the West end/City (Jubilee Line) and Oxford Street for the ultimate in Retail Therapy - Shopping.
